Why we exist

Restaurants produce billions of gallons of used cooking oil every year. Most of it is handled by an industry running on paper.

Fryer oil is one of the best feedstocks the renewable fuel industry has, and the business of collecting it still runs on whiteboards, missed pickups, and phones nobody answers. Grease AI is a grease company and a software company at the same time. Our own systems schedule the pickups, route the trucks, grade the oil, and settle the payments. Restaurants get service that actually shows up. Refiners get feedstock that actually meets spec. That is the whole idea, and we think it wins.

Long-term supply agreements with restaurants. Clean, locked containers, pickups scheduled by software before the tank fills, and market rates paid for every gallon.

Process

Dewatering, settling, and centrifuging turn variable restaurant oil into consistent yellow grease. Every batch is graded and tested before it leaves our floor.

Supply

Full loads of tested, specification-grade feedstock delivered to renewable fuel producers and refiners, on contracts we honor for the long haul.

Software at the core

Dispatch, routing, quality grading, and settlement run on tools we build in-house. No lost tickets, no dispatch whiteboard, no "we'll check on it." When a tank is filling up, our system knows before the restaurant does.

Supply is the business

Trucks and tanks are commodities. Signed, long-term relationships with restaurants are not. We treat every supplier like the foundation of the company, because they are.

Density wins

Our economics improve with every restaurant we add on a route. We pick our ground deliberately, serve it completely, then expand from strength.
